FRESH FISH, HELL BANKNOTES, GLASS, BRICKS

This installation shows a composition of Goldfishes, the Chinese symbol of fortune and prosperity. Hungry and eager, trying to bite their food. Money doesn’t make happy. These fishes just can eat hell money. Hell money finds its origin in the death ritual. Something to think about when people consider money making as a virtue.
