From 1 September to 15 October 2019, the production of the artwork “Have Fish Every Year” took place. First the drawing was made on steel plate. Then the fish was cut from steel and welded to the backbone, which also serves as a water supply for the fountain. For the placement of the artwork on the foundation the river was temporarily drained. The foundation has been designed so that it can withstand heavy rainfall and floods.
